Come join the New York Riverkeepers Sweep on Saturday, May 9th. This is the 4th annual sweep, which will give volunteers the opportunity to pitch in and clean-up waterfront sites throughout the Five Boroughs. There are over 100 sites available for volunteers. The U.S. Reinsurance Under 40s group is organizing a team to assist at the Stuyvesant Cove Park location.
When - Saturday, May 9th from 10am to 1pm
Where - The Stuyvesant Cove Park location. We will be meeting at the Solar One Building - 24-20 FDR Drive Service Road East
We will be assisting with park maintenance and gardening. Please bring sturdy shoes and be sure to wear clothes you don't mind getting dirty.
