About

The U.S. Reinsurance Under 40s Group

The U.S. Reinsurance Under 40s Group, Inc. (Re Under 40s) was founded in January 2008 by a group of young professionals in the reinsurance industry. The primary aim of the group is to provide educational, social, charitable and networking opportunities for members of the reinsurance industry within the US. The day-to-day affairs of Re Under 40s are run by board and committee members from a wide array of industry organizations. While the board and committee positions are held by professionals under the age of 40 (hence the name), it must be stressed that all members of the reinsurance industry are welcome to attend events and provide feedback. Re Under 40s intends to cooperate with other industry organizations in the U.S. and abroad.

Education and Social/Networking initiatives are across regional hubs of New York, Chicago and Miami, with group-level efforts for Member Engagement and our flagship Intern events and Industry Tours.
