Personally Identifiable Information
The Site is designed so that you may generally browse it without providing any personally identifiable information (“PII,” which may include information that would allow someone to identify or contact you, such as your name, physical or electronic mail address, or telephone number; PII does not include aggregated information that, by itself, does not permit the identification of individual persons). Certain areas of the Site, however, may require or allow the voluntary submission of PII. RU40s uses your PII for the purpose for which it was submitted by you and for RU40s to send you publications and invitations that may be of interest to you. Except as set forth herein and in our Privacy Policy, the RU40s does not share your PII with third-parties.
RU40s will use reasonable efforts to remove your PII from our current Site at any time upon your written request to info@reunder40s.org
RU40s may share PII with third-parties, including entities performing services on behalf of RU40s. Such services may include communications, database, event management, hosting, mailing, and marketing services. Third-parties may circumvent the RU40s security measures to unlawfully intercept or access transmissions of private communications; or, an error may occur in the administration of the Site. In the unlikely event that the RU40s needs to investigate or resolve possible problems or inquiries, the RU40s may, and you authorize the RU40s to, disclose any information about you to governmental authorities as permitted by applicable law.
