The U.S. Reinsurance Under 40s Group, Inc. (Re Under 40s) was founded in January 2008 by a group of young professionals in the reinsurance industry. The primary aim of the group is to provide educational, social, charitable and networking opportunities for members of the reinsurance industry within the US. The day-to-day affairs of Re Under 40s are run by board and committee members from a wide array of industry organizations. While the board and committee positions are held by professionals under the age of 40 (hence the name), it must be stressed that all members of the reinsurance industry are welcome to attend events and provide feedback. Re Under 40s intends to cooperate with other industry organizations in the U.S. and abroad.
This role serves as boots on the ground for the Reinsurance Under 40s group in other industry hubs in the United States outside of New York. The key focus will be growing membership outside of New York through networking events and other activities.
The U.S. ReUnder40s Group has joined ACI as a media partner for their Reinsurance Agreements conference. See our events page for more details.
The RAA is happy to offer members of the US ReUnder40s Group an Association Partner registration rate for all of their educational programs.
