Re40’s Annual Oktoberfest is back! Join us at Bierhaus NYC on November 9th for beers and pretzels as we celebrate Oktoberfest, NYC style!
As in the past, this is an event sponsored by Munich Re. In lieu of a cost we ask that you donate to support City Harvest, NYC’s first and largest food rescue organization. Last year we raised over $1,000 and this year we would love to double that number.
City Harvest is New York City’s largest food rescue organization, helping to feed the millions of New Yorkers who are struggling to make ends meet. City Harvest will rescue 75 million pounds of food this year and deliver it, free of charge, to hundreds of food pantries, soup kitchens and other community partners across the five boroughs. City Harvest works alongside their community partners to boost community capacity, expand nutrition education, and strengthen local food systems.
Suggested donation of $40 can be completed via City Harvest’s website or the event RSVP link.
