Fred Kipperman is the Vice President for Global Client Development of Praedicat. He is responsible for managing Praedicat's strategic partnerships and new product development. He was most recently the Senior Director of Strategic Relationships at the RAND Corporation, a public policy think tank, and has authored to several publications and articles on topics including casualty catastrophes, underwriting, arbitration, third party litigation funding, and terrorism insurance. He is also a member of the State Bar of Texas as well as the Arizona State Bar.
