PLUS Foundation Women’s Leadership Network is proud to offer the PLUS Foundation Women’s Leadership Scholarship. PLUS Foundation’s Women’s Leadership Network (WLN) began in 2009 and in the past ten years, have been successful in creating opportunities to network and learn from the experience of women who are leaders by virtue of their achievements.
Scholarship recipients will receive up to $5,000 to be used within 24-months from the date of the award. The scholarship will be used for leadership programs (including certificate programs, books, program fees, travel) at higher education institutions or leadership conferences. Recipients also receive access to planning and attendance opportunities with the PLUS Foundation Women’s Leadership Network, mentor pairing with a senior-level PLUS member who has agreed to serve as mentor for a minimum of one year, and opportunities to network with PLUS Foundation Board and other PLUS leaders.
To apply for the scholarship candidates must be: 1) currently employed in the professional liability insurance industry with a minimum of two years of experience, 2) a member of PLUS, and 3) identify as female.
