Frank Nutter and the St. Baldrick's team have prepared a ZOOM meeting to meet a family "Super Benji" and the researcher, Dr. Jeffrey Lipton, who spearheaded the creation of the St. Baldrick's Foundation program to fund childhood cancer research.

2022 Ambassador: Meet “Super Benji”

They call him “Super Benji” and the whole room chanted his name when it was his turn at the head-shaving event — a two-time childhood cancer survivor braving the shave for the second time to help raise funds for other kids with cancer. This is Benji.

Jeffrey M. Lipton, MD, PhD

Dr. Jeffrey Lipton spearheaded the creation of the St. Baldrick's Foundation program to fund childhood cancer research, ensuring that its grant categories are the most effective way to accomplish their mission. He is also Director, Pediatric Hematology/Oncology and Stem Cell Transplantation, Cohen Children's Medical Center of New York and Professor of Pediatrics and Molecular Medicine, Hofstra North Shore-LIJ School of Medicine.

Don't forget to join us March 17th at Jim Brady's for the main event!
