Emil Issavi, Chief Underwriting Officer, Aspen Re 

Emil joined Aspen Re in 2006 as the Head of Casualty Treaty and is now Chief Underwriting Officer. He came to Aspen Re from Swiss Re America, where he held the position of Senior Treaty Account Executive responsible for various global and national property casualty clients. Emil began his career at Gen Re as a Casualty Facultative Underwriter.  

 

James Kent, President, Willis Re North America

James has 25 years of experience in the global insurance market including positions as VP of Aon Re Bermuda and running the reinsurance operation at Willis Re Bermuda.  He is currently President of Willis Re North America and is responsible for growing the Property, Casualty and Specialty operations in the U.S. plus branches located in Canada, Bermuda and London.

 

Elaine Lehnert, Managing Director, FTI Consulting

Elaine joined FTI's Global Insurance Services in 2011 as a managing director and has over 23 years of experience in accounting, risk management, and consulting within the life, health, and property casualty insurance and reinsurance industries. Her past positions include technical manager at the AICPA and manager at KPMG.  Elaine is a CPA, and has been recently working on a number of engagements related to ERM.
