To the ladies of Re Under 40, we hope that you can join us our second “Reinsurance and Rosé” Professional Women’s Professional Panel on Thursday, May 11, 2023 from 6 to 9 pm!
To support our female membership, we have curated a panel of accomplished and inspiring women to lead discussions about issues impacting young female professionals. As much as we love reinsurance, there are many lessons to be learned from women working in outside industries too, including wellness, tech and fitness!
Cost is FREE and there will be drinks, snacks, prizes and other fun surprises!
A special thanks to our host, BMS! The event will feature a Q&A panel with the following speakers:
- “Strategizing Your Career” with Sila Gurmen: Sila is a global marketing strategy expert at Google, with
experience in commerce (shopping, travel, payments), adtech, and consumer goods. She holds a MBA from NYU’s Stern School of Business and has had previous roles at Amazon, Deloitte and L’Oréal. Sila is a leader who is able to think strategically about complex operational issues to build thoughtful, data-driven recommendations that deliver results. - “The Power of Self-Motivation” with Kory Flores: Kory Flores is the Talent Manager for Rumble's signature fitness studios. She was previously a head fitness trainer at Gotham Gym and for Puma. Kory supervises Rumble’s East Coast division of elite fitness trainers, ensuring stellar performance by her trainers and promoting growth and a high energy culture.
- “Optimizing Your Health” with Anna Singh: A key player in the wellness and beauty space, Anna holds a MBA from NYU’s Stern School of Business. She is currently the VP of Business Development at Modern Age and has held previous roles at Glossier and The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. She is focused on helping professional women look and feel healthy at different stages of their lives and
careers.
As RE40s continues its efforts to support young women in the reinsurance industry, we will also be announcing our partnership with ISC Group on future education and networking opportunities (including a women’s event later this year!)
